By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of this website immediately.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood all notices, disclaimers, and product restrictions presented on this website.
2. Product Use and Restrictions
All products listed on Peptix.io are intended strictly for laboratory, research, and analytical purposes only.
Products are not intended for:

They are not for human or animal use of any kind, including consumption, injection or application.
Nothing on this website, in our emails or in any affiliate content is a statement about the safety or effects of any product in humans or animals, or a recommendation for any use outside the laboratory.
Peptix.io is a supplier of research materials. It is not a pharmacy, compounding facility or medical provider and gives no medical advice.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, if we believe a product may be used outside of in vitro laboratory research.
6. Orders, Shipping, and Returns
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing as, or on behalf of, a qualified researcher or research institution.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Shipping Responsibility
Peptix.io is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Refunds
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter processing, or at any time before they ship if we have missed the ship time stated on our site, as described in section 5 of our Refund Policy. Once an order has been delivered, sales are final, except for damaged, incorrect or lost orders. Returns are not accepted once an order has shipped. If an order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is confirmed lost in transit, Peptix.io may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit or refund as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Shipping Destinations
Peptix.io ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States and do not ship internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be purchased and received at their US shipping address, and we may cancel any order we cannot lawfully ship.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Peptix.io, including text, branding, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Peptix.io unless otherwise stated.
Use or reproduction of any material without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Affiliate Program
The Peptix Affiliate Program closed on October 17, 2026 and is no longer accepting applications. Former affiliates remain subject to the Affiliate Program Terms until their remaining obligations end, and those terms control on affiliate matters.
9. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts normal website operation.
10. Changes to Terms
Peptix.io reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of the website after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Welcome Offer Terms
15% off the products in a customer's first order. The welcome code is available to people who create an account and subscribe to Peptix marketing emails. It remains valid if you later unsubscribe. One code per customer account (one email address), for a first order only. We may cancel codes obtained through duplicate accounts. A code expires 14 days after it is issued. The welcome code applies to all products. Can't be combined with any other coupon. The discount has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or store credit. Purchases remain subject to our Terms and our research-use-only policy, including the research-customer requirement; orders that do not meet our research-use-only requirements may be cancelled and refunded. Peptix may change or end this offer at any time without affecting codes already issued.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
