This Shipping Policy explains how Peptix.io LLC ("Peptix") handles order processing, shipping rates, delivery timelines, and shipment-related support requests.
1. Shipping Rates
Peptix.io ships only within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $10 per order. Orders of $250 or more (product subtotal after discounts, before tax) ship free.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders ship out in 1–2 business days. If we can't ship within that time, we'll email you before the window ends with a revised ship date (or the reason for the delay if we can't give one) and your option to cancel for a full refund, including shipping. Refunds for cancelled orders that haven't shipped are sent within 7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Shipping Confirmation
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking is also shown on the order page in your account.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and overall carrier volume. Peptix.io does not guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been handed to the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Peptix.io is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the situation.
Reshipments, store credit, or other resolutions may be reviewed depending on the carrier status and the details of the case.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We ship only to US addresses. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully purchased and received at their shipping address. Peptix.io reserves the right to cancel or restrict orders when required by operational, legal, or carrier-related limitations.
