Effective date: October 12, 2026
Operator: Peptix.io LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Peptix (“Peptix“, “we“, “us“), 732 S 6th St, Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms“) are a binding agreement between Peptix and the person or entity that applies to and is accepted into the Peptix Affiliate Program (“Affiliate“, “you“). By checking the acceptance box on the application or login form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
Important: Section 17.2 requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and waives class and collective actions. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing admin@peptix.io.
1. Enrollment and relationship
1.1 Application. You must apply through the form at https://peptix.io/affiliate-registration/. Peptix may approve or reject any application, for any lawful reason, at its sole discretion. Approval may be withdrawn under Section 11.
1.2 Independent contractor. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship. You may not make any statement, contract or commitment on behalf of Peptix.
1.3 Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your affiliate account.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To participate you must, at all times: (a) be at least 21 years old; (b) be a resident of the United States; (c) have a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number and provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (Section 9A); and (d) promote Peptix only on the websites, accounts and channels listed in your approved application (“Approved Channels“). You must tell us before adding or changing a channel, and we may approve or refuse it.
2.2 Peptix employees, contractors and their household members, and resellers or distributors of Peptix products, may not participate unless Peptix agrees in writing.
2.3 We do not approve, and may terminate, affiliates whose channels publish content about personal, human or animal use of peptides, including dosing, “stacks”, cycles, injection, before/after, bodybuilding, weight-loss or anti-aging content.
3. Research-use-only promotion
3.1 Nature of the products. Peptix products are sold solely for in vitro laboratory research use by qualified researchers. They are not for human or animal use and are not sold as drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics.
3.2 Approved materials only. You may use only the product names, descriptions, images, banners and the research-use-only statement that Peptix provides in your affiliate dashboard (“Approved Materials“), without alteration. Each promotion that names a product must include this statement: “For in vitro laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal use.”
3.3 Prohibited claims. You must not make, suggest or imply, directly or indirectly (including through images, emojis, hashtags, comments, replies or links):
(a) any health, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or disease claim;
(b) any dosing, units per use, injection, reconstitution-for-use, cycle or “stack” information;
(c) any human or animal use, or any personal-use story, review, result or before/after content;
(d) any “benefit”, performance, muscle, recovery, healing, tissue, weight or fat-loss, metabolic, anti-aging or cosmetic claim;
(e) that any product is FDA-approved, FDA-reviewed, a drug, a dietary supplement, a compounded medication or safe for consumption;
(f) any claim about purity, testing or quality that differs from the product’s posted Certificate of Analysis; or
(g) any guarantee, refund or shipping promise other than as stated on peptix.io.
3.4 Audience. You must not direct promotions to people under 21 or to consumers seeking products for personal use.
3.5 Corrections. Peptix may require you to change or remove any content, and may provide mandatory wording, at any time.
4. Disclosure of your relationship with Peptix
4.1 Every promotion that mentions Peptix or contains your referral link (posts, videos, live streams, stories, emails, web pages, comments and replies) must clearly and conspicuously disclose that Peptix gives you store credit for purchases through your link, as required by the FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
4.2 The disclosure must be: (a) in the promotion itself, before or immediately next to the link or mention; (b) in the same format as the promotion (spoken and on screen for video and audio); (c) visible without clicking “more”, opening a profile or visiting another page; and (d) in plain words. “#ad” or “Ad:” at the start is acceptable when combined with the store-credit statement. “#affiliate”, “#sp”, “#partner”, “link in bio” or a separate disclosures page alone are not sufficient.
4.3 Sample disclosures are provided in your dashboard. You must also follow each platform’s own paid-promotion rules.
5. Reviews and testimonials
5.1 You must not write, post, buy, sell, procure or distribute fake, AI-generated, paid, incentivized or insider reviews or testimonials about Peptix or its products. You must not claim to be an independent or ordinary customer, and must not suppress or manipulate reviews, consistent with the FTC Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 465).
5.2 You must not publish any review or testimonial about the effects of any Peptix product.
6. Prohibited methods
You must not:
(a) bid on, purchase or use “Peptix”, “peptix.io” or any confusingly similar term or misspelling as a keyword, or in ad text, display URLs, domain names, subdomains, social media handles or app names;
(b) use Peptix’s trademarks, logos or trade dress except as provided in the Approved Materials;
(c) send email except to recipients who opted in to receive it from you, and then only in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (accurate sender and subject line, your valid physical postal address, a working unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days);
(d) send text messages, or make autodialed, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, to promote Peptix (Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state equivalents);
(e) send unsolicited direct messages, or post in comments, forums or groups where such posting is unsolicited or prohibited;
(f) post Peptix links, codes or offers on coupon, deal, cashback, rebate or loyalty sites or apps;
(g) use toolbars, browser extensions, adware, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, iframes, ad injection, URL masking or any method that sets or overrides a referral cookie without a genuine, intentional click by the visitor;
(h) offer visitors any payment, rebate or incentive for clicking your link or buying;
(i) refer yourself, your household or your business (Section 9C);
(j) present yourself as Peptix, its staff, support or an official account, or create pages, groups or accounts that could be mistaken for Peptix; or
(k) promote Peptix outside the United States or in violation of any law or platform rule.
7. Commission
7.1 Amount. Your commission is store credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the product value actually paid by the customer on an Eligible Order, after any discount or coupon and excluding shipping, handling, sales and use taxes, and other fees.
7.2 Eligible Order. An “Eligible Order” is an order on peptix.io that: (a) is placed within thirty (30) days after the customer’s last click on your referral link; (b) for which your link is the last affiliate link the customer clicked before ordering; and (c) is not canceled, refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, a Self-Referral, or generated in breach of these Terms.
7.3 Tracking. Referrals are tracked by Peptix’s affiliate software using cookies. Peptix is not responsible for referrals that are not tracked because of cookie blocking or deletion, device or browser changes, or technical failures. Peptix’s tracking records are final, absent manifest error.
7.4 Rate changes. Peptix may change the commission rate or these Terms under Section 17.4. Changes apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the change.
8. Store credit only; no cash
8.1 Commissions are paid solely as Peptix store credit (“Store Credit“) applied to your peptix.io customer account. Peptix will never pay commissions in cash.
8.2 Store Credit has no cash value. It is not redeemable for cash, refundable, or exchangeable for cash, a check, a gift card or any other payment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8.3 Store Credit may be used only for purchases on peptix.io by your own account. It is not transferable, assignable, saleable or combinable with any other account.
9. Holding period, release and minimum
9.1 Store Credit for an Eligible Order is held for thirty (30) days after the order date.
9.2 Store Credit is released monthly, on the first Wednesday of each month, for Eligible Orders whose 30-day holding period has ended, once your released balance is at least fifty dollars ($50.00) of Store Credit. Amounts below the minimum carry over to later months, except as provided in Section 11.3.
9.3 Peptix may delay release while an order or your account is under refund, chargeback, fraud or compliance review, or until you have provided a valid Form W-9.
9A. Tax information
9A.1 Before any Store Credit is released, you must provide a complete and accurate IRS Form W-9. Peptix may withhold release until a valid Form W-9 is on file.
9A.2 Store Credit is compensation for services and may be taxable income to you. Peptix will report it on IRS Form 1099-NEC where required by law. You are solely responsible for your own taxes.
9B. Reversals and clawback
If an order on which Store Credit was earned is later canceled, refunded, charged back, disputed, found fraudulent, or found to be a Self-Referral or otherwise in breach of these Terms, the related Store Credit is void. If it has already been released, Peptix may deduct it from your current or future Store Credit balance. If your balance is insufficient, your account may carry a negative balance that must be cleared before any further release.
9C. Self-referrals
No Store Credit is earned on orders placed by you, your household or your business, or anyone using your payment method, shipping address, IP address or device (“Self-Referrals“). Store Credit cannot be applied to, combined with, or earned on a Self-Referral order. Peptix may reverse credit and terminate your participation for Self-Referrals.
9D. Expiry
Store Credit does not expire while your affiliate account is in good standing.
9E. Purchases with Store Credit
Every purchase using Store Credit is an ordinary peptix.io order subject to the peptix.io Terms & Conditions. That includes the research-use-only restrictions, the requirement that the purchaser be at least 21 and a qualified researcher, and the checkout acknowledgment that products are for in vitro laboratory research use only and not for human or animal use. Store Credit may not be used to buy products for personal, human or animal use, or for resale. Peptix may decline or cancel any order that appears to violate these Terms; any Store Credit applied to a canceled order is returned to your balance unless the order was in breach.
10. Monitoring and enforcement
10.1 Peptix may review your Approved Channels, promotions and referral activity at any time, with or without notice, including through automated tools and test purchases. You agree to provide, on request, copies of your promotions and information about how traffic was generated.
10.2 You must correct or remove any content that Peptix identifies as non-compliant within twenty-four (24) hours of notice.
10.3 If Peptix reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, Peptix may, in addition to any other remedy: (a) withhold release of Store Credit during its review; (b) reverse or void Store Credit related to the breach; (c) suspend your account; and/or (d) terminate under Section 11.
10.4 Why we monitor. You acknowledge that Peptix can be held responsible by regulators, payment networks and others for statements made by its affiliates. Compliance with Sections 3–6 is a material term of these Terms.
11. Term and termination
11.1 These Terms begin when your application is approved and continue until terminated.
11.2 Either party may terminate at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Peptix may terminate immediately for breach, suspected fraud, legal or payment-network risk, or discontinuation of the program.
11.3 Termination without breach. If you terminate, or Peptix terminates for a reason other than your breach: (a) Store Credit released before termination remains usable for twelve (12) months after the termination date; and (b) Store Credit for Eligible Orders still in the holding period is released when its holding period ends, if the order remains eligible, regardless of the $50 minimum in Section 9.2.
11.4 Termination for breach. If Peptix terminates because of your breach (including disclosure, research-use-only, self-referral, spam, trademark or fraud violations): (a) all pending (unreleased) Store Credit is forfeited; and (b) released Store Credit traceable to the violating activity is void. Released Store Credit that is not traceable to the violating activity remains usable for twelve (12) months after the termination date.
11.5 On any termination you must remove all Peptix links, Approved Materials and references to the program within five (5) days.
11.6 Sections 5, 9A, 9B, 9D, 11, 12.3 and 13–17 survive termination.
12. License and intellectual property
12.1 During the Term, Peptix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Approved Materials solely to promote peptix.io on Approved Channels in compliance with these Terms.
12.2 You may not alter, combine or create derivative works of the Approved Materials, or register any domain, handle or trademark containing “Peptix”.
12.3 All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The license ends automatically on termination.
13. Compliance with law
You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your activities, including the FTC Act, the Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), the Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 465), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state consumer-protection and privacy laws, and the terms of every platform you use.
14. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Peptix and its owners, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, losses, fines, penalties, chargebacks, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your promotions, content or methods; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right. Peptix may offset amounts you owe under this Section against your Store Credit balance.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
15.1 The program and Store Credit are provided “as is”. Peptix does not guarantee any level of referrals, Store Credit or earnings, or uninterrupted tracking.
15.2 To the extent permitted by law, Peptix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits. Peptix’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the Store Credit released or owed to you in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
16. Confidentiality and data
16.1 Peptix does not share customer personal information with affiliates. You must not collect, request or store personal information of Peptix customers on Peptix’s behalf.
16.2 Non-public information you receive about Peptix (including commission arrangements and dashboard data) is confidential and may be used only to take part in the program.
16.3 Peptix processes your personal information (including W-9 data) under its Privacy Policy at https://peptix.io/privacy-policy/.
17. General
17.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 17.2.
17.2 Disputes.
(a) Talk first. Before starting any claim, the party with the dispute must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the outcome it wants. Notices to Peptix go to admin@peptix.io; notices to you go to your account email. Both parties will then try in good faith to resolve the dispute for thirty (30) days.
(b) Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within those thirty (30) days, it will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be held by video, phone or written submissions where possible; if an in-person hearing is needed, it will be held in Nevada. The arbitrator applies Nevada law and these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act applies to this Section 17.2. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
(c) Individual claims only. Each party may bring claims against the other only in its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one affiliate or award relief to anyone other than the individual party.
(d) Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
(e) Court only for injunctions and enforcement. Either party may go to court only to seek an injunction to stop misuse of its intellectual property or confidential information, or to enforce an arbitration award.
(f) 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration under Section 17.2(b) by emailing admin@peptix.io within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms, stating your name, your affiliate account email and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nevada, and Section 17.2(a) and (c) still apply to the extent permitted by law.
(g) If the class waiver fails. If the class and collective action waiver in Section 17.2(c) is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be severed and decided in court, not in arbitration, and the rest of this Section 17.2 continues to apply to all other claims.
17.3 Notices. Notices to you go to your account email. Notices to Peptix go to admin@peptix.io.
17.4 Changes. Peptix may change these Terms by posting the updated version and emailing affiliates at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. You must accept the updated Terms (by checkbox at login) before any further Store Credit release. If you do not accept, your participation ends and Section 11.3 applies.
17.5 Entire agreement; order of precedence. These Terms, together with the peptix.io Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about the program. If they conflict on an affiliate-program matter, these Terms control.
17.6 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. Peptix may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
17.7 Severability; no waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
17.8 Electronic acceptance. Your acceptance is recorded electronically (account, date, time, IP address and Terms version), and that record is evidence of your agreement.
